Sign in

Go to wholana.com and choose Continue with Google.A short product tour runs the first time. You can replay it at any point from your name in the bottom left, then Product tour.

Add your TikTok handle

Go to /settings/workspace (Settings → Workspace → General) and fill in TikTok handle.The handle belongs to the workspace, not to you personally. It is what links your posted videos, your follower growth, and your topics to this workspace, which powers the Dashboard and Your videos.
Skip this and you can still research, save, and write scripts. Add the handle whenever you want the account-level surfaces to light up.

Scope the feed to your topic

Open Home at / for the Explore feed. It starts unfiltered and sorted by Newest. Press Filter and add:Then open Sort by and choose Outlier score.Every card shows a multiplier like 1.9x or 0.2x. That is the video’s views divided by that creator’s own median views. 1.0x means the video is a normal day for that creator. Sorting this way surfaces genuine breakouts, including from small accounts that would never win on raw view count.
Skip the clicking. Open the assistant with the sparkle icon in the top right and paste:

Replace “beauty” with your own topic. The assistant applies the filters and opens the feed.
Save the combination you like as a Lens so you can return to it in one click from the tab row above the feed.

Save what is worth studying

When a video is worth studying, save it into your Swipe file and pick a collection.Move fast here. The goal is capture, not analysis. Write a one-line note about what you would steal, and move on.

Learn why it worked

Now go back over what you saved and study the mechanics:
  • Craft breaks a video into five vocabularies: the hook, the story shape, the stakes, why people share it, and the format.
  • Subjects shows what topics the corpus is organised around, and which are heating up.
  • Creators shows the patterns a creator returns to, so you can tell a repeatable habit from a one-off.
On any craft page, See all in Explore pulls every video in the corpus that uses the same pattern.

Write a script

Open Scripts and start a draft. Attach a whole collection in one move, and its saved videos become your references, complete with the notes you wrote.Your research is the input, so you start from what is already working instead of a blank page.

Post, then audit

After you post, open Your videos. Wholana compares the result against your own account’s baseline and tells you which part of the craft let it down.The Dashboard rolls this up across everything you have posted, under Where your videos win and lose, so you can see the one system to fix next.
