What the bot does
Anything else you send gets the
help reply, so no message is ever silently dropped.
Connecting your number
Connecting is inbound-first: you message the bot, so there is no typing your number and no one-time code that expires before you use it.1
Open the WhatsApp card
Go to Settings and find Wholana on WhatsApp.
2
Message the bot
Tap Get my code on WhatsApp. It opens a chat with
link prefilled. Send it, and the bot replies with a 6-digit code.3
Paste the code
Back in Settings, paste the code and choose Connect. The message you sent is the proof the number is yours.
You can talk to the bot before connecting. It will ingest a link you send, but it cannot file it into your swipe file until it knows who you are, so it replies asking you to send
link first.Where captures land
By default captures go to your personal workspace. If you belong to more than one, choose the target in two places:- In Settings, the Captures go to picker on the WhatsApp card.
- In the chat, send
workspaceand tap a workspace from the list.
Entry points in the app
- Sidebar: a Save from your phone card prompts you to connect. It tucks away once you are set up.
- Dashboard: a capture card gives connected users a one-tap Start chat, and everyone else the connect flow.
- Empty states: when your Scripts board or Swipe file is empty, a prompt reminds you that you can fill it from your phone.
Notifications
Once connected, Wholana can reach you on WhatsApp when something is worth a nudge, such as a verdict landing on a posted video or a breakout in a Lens you set alerts on. Its replies deep-link back into the app.Related
