Wholana is in early access. Three plans, all billed monthly. Every plan starts with a free month. You enter a card to begin, nothing is charged until the month is up, and you can cancel before then from Settings → Billing without paying anything. While the trial runs, the billing card shows the status Trial and the date of the first charge.

What each plan changes

Every plan includes the full research loop. Two things actually differ: Everything else, including every filter, sort, Lens, and the WhatsApp bot, is on all three plans.

How Team billing works

Team is owned by the workspace, not by a person.
  • **20peroccupiedseat,permonth∗∗,withafloorof∗∗2seats∗∗.AsoloowneronTeampays20 per occupied seat, per month**, with a floor of **2 seats**. A solo owner on Team pays 40/month.
  • Seats count on acceptance, not on invitation. Removing a member lowers the count at the next sync.
  • Invited members get access through the workspace, so they never need their own subscription.
  • A 4-person agency pays 4 x 20=20 = 80/month for one shared workspace.
Each workspace holds its own subscription. Running a second workspace means a second subscription.

The MCP server

On Plus and Team you can connect Wholana to Claude, ChatGPT, or any app that speaks MCP, and research in plain language from inside your chat. Open MCP in the sidebar to connect, then ask things like:
It exposes your workspace’s videos, creators, swipe file, scripts, posted videos, and craft taxonomy as tools, so the assistant can search, read, and save on your behalf.

Changing plan

Manage everything from Settings → Billing, which opens the Polar customer portal: change plan, update your card, and read invoices. Only a workspace owner or admin can start or renew a subscription.
