Saved lists are how you keep your research organized in Wholana. Bookmark any video and group it with other videos by theme, niche, campaign, or any structure that fits how you work.

What you can do

  • Save any video you find through trending, Fast Movers, creator pages, or search.
  • Create named lists — for example, “Hook ideas — Q2,” “Skincare format study,” or “Client X reference.”
  • Add the same video to more than one list when it fits multiple themes.
  • Open a list later to revisit every video you’ve grouped together.

Suggested list structures

Lists are flexible — there’s no required structure. Common patterns:
  • By format — talking-head hooks, POV intros, text-on-screen openers
  • By campaign — one list per active campaign or content sprint
  • By client or brand — one list per project, with a separate list of references
  • By niche — when you research multiple verticals, give each its own list
Lists work best when you pair them with annotations. A bookmark tells you the video mattered; a note tells future-you why.
